The Puddle Garden

In The Puddle Garden, a lonely Bear Cub moves into an empty new house with his family, surrounded by a big, boring lawn. He sees a puddle in the lawn and has an inspiration — to invite wildlife friends to his new home, by creating a native plant garden.

Bear Cub plants cardinal flower, Joe Pye weed, blue flag iris, elderberry, and more. His garden quickly fills with grateful wildlife and his home landscape is no longer lonely.
