DELIVERY

We do not deliver houseplants during the cold times (October - April). If you try to checkout with delivery and have a houseplant in your cart, you will be asked to remove it before you can proceed.

How does delivery work?
At checkout, you'll be asked to enter your address to ensure you are eligible for delivery. If your address is within our delivery zone, you'll get to select from a calendar of available dates up to 14 days out that you'd like your order delivered. This allows you the flexibility to pick a date you know you'll be around to receive the delivery. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When do you deliver?
We do not offer same day delivery.
Orders placed before 9am will be eligible for delivery the following day (and up to 13 days after).
Orders placed after 9am will be eligible for delivery in 2 days (and up to 12 days after).
All possible delivery dates will be displayed in the delivery date picker. Some dates may be unavailable due to holidays or store closings.
Deliveries will be made between 10am and 7pm on the selected date.

How far do you deliver?
Our delivery zone is a 20 mile radius from each store.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the store fulfilling your order.

Who makes the delivery?
We utilize a company called Dispatch for order delivery. They will send text notifications to the cell number provided in your order information on the day of delivery to keep you informed of your delivery status.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will be made on the date you choose at checkout. Deliveries are made between 10am and 7pm. Dispatch will send you notifications regarding delivery status on the day of delivery, such as: driver assignment with driver and vehicle info; estimated pick up time; estimated arrival; actual pick up time; and delivery confirmation - complete with picture of delivery placement.

 

STORE PICKUP

How much does Store Pickup cost?
Nothing! There is no charge if you choose to pickup your order at one of our store locations.

When will my order be ready?
Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Your order is not ready until you receive a pickup notification by email.

 

    REFUNDS & RETURNS

    Online Order Refund & Return Policy

    To change or cancel your order:
    Please call the store you selected as your pick-up location or email webstore@motherearthgarden.com with your name and Order #. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when placing your order. If you need to add more items, please place a new order.

    To return items from an order you picked up:
    Non-plant returns are accepted in store within 30 days with proof of purchase (i.e. your packing slip). Product may be returned to either of our shops, regardless of original purchase location.
    We do not accept returns on plant material. All plant sales are final.
    Consignment items are returnable for store credit only.
    Sale-priced & discounted items are final sale.

    If your order has has not been picked up within 30 days, especially if it contains live plant material, we reserve the right to restock all items in the order and issue you a refund.
