Sunhouse Craft - Dutch Broom Hanger

Sunhouse Craft was started by artist / maker Cynthia Main as a place to combine her foundation in woodworking and traditional craft with a strong desire to find sustainable and harmonious ways of working.

This Dutch broom hanger is patterned after a gift from Gary Glascock, Cynthia's second broom teacher, given to her over a decade ago. Using a simple gravity-lock wooden ball mechanism, it securely holds everything from towels to full-size Dutch broom handles. Push up to release the ball; pull down to tighten and lock.

Each hanger is made from Kentucky hardwood lumber, bringing sustainably sourced wood into your home. They are finished with a natural oil. Designed for kitchens, pantries, mudrooms, and workshops—where everyday tools deserve a proper place.
