Spiced Pineapple Originally developed to mirror the fermented pineapple base of tepache for the El Palenque cocktail by Sam Jimenez in the Fall for Mezcal box from Shaker & Spoon, this shrub is a combination of sweet, creamy pineapple and tart apple cider vinegar balanced with just enough cane sugar and finished with a hint of cinnamon and clove.

Carrot Thyme This Carrot Thyme shrub was developed for a Spring Soiree at a botanical garden. Bright sweet carrots, organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, clover honey and a hint of thyme come together in our spring Carrot Thyme shrub.
