Woman-owned BITCHSTIX is a lip and body balm Social Enterprise with a mission. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, their line of cruelty-free lip balms are backed by a mission: To awaken people to their self-worth, and to encourage them to live boldly and courageously. They do this in two ways:

  1. By putting “BITCH” in the name of a product that soothes and restores. We’re appropriating a word that has historically been used to inflict shame, and attaching it to an agent of restoration.
  2. By putting our money where our mouth is. BITCHSTIX donates to retailer-nominated nonprofit organizations that support survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.

These broad-spectrum SPF 30 Lip Balms protect lips from UVA and UVB rays. Made with aromatherapy-grade essential oils and organic ingredients, they’ll leave your lips feeling soft and silky—and never chalky. Our SPF Lip Balms are also packed with antioxidant Vitamin E to moisturize and make lips smoother, plumper and softer. Cruelty-free and manufactured in the USA.

Net Weight .15oz (4.25g)

SPF Blend: 7.5% Octinoxate, 5% Octisalate, 4% Oxeybenzone 1% Avobenzone.

How They Give

Each November, in addition to the thousands of dollars in product BITCHSTIX gives to support organizations through auction items, fundraisers, and special events, they ask their amazing retailers to nominate nonprofits in their area that support survivors of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault. After nominations are in, their team carefully reviews and chooses two nonprofits we feel best align with our mission.

As a small woman-owned business, they are humbled to be able to give unrestricted cash gifts each year to such deserving nonprofits. Each chosen nonprofit is able to use the funding however they feel best supports survivors and their organizational needs.
